Examination Rules

1) Eligibility for Examination

  • Students must have the minimum required attendance (75%).

  • All academic fees and dues must be cleared before the exam.

  • Internal assessments and assignments must be completed as per schedule

2) Examination Conduct

  • Students must bring their Admit Card and College ID Card to the examination hall.

  • Candidates must be seated 15 minutes before the exam starts.

  • No electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, unless allowed) are permitted.

  • Strict silence and discipline must be maintained in the examination hall.

3) Use of Answer Sheets

  • Write your Roll Number and Registration Number correctly.

  • Answers must be written in blue or black ink (no red or green ink allowed).

  • Students should not write their names on the answer sheet.

4) Unfair Means / Malpractice

  • Cheating, talking, copying, or possessing unauthorized material will lead to disqualification.

  • Any student found guilty of malpractice may face penalties, including cancellation of the exam or debarment.

  • Strict action will be taken as per university rules.

5) Evaluation & Results

  • The university follows a grading system (CGPA / SGPA) or percentage-based marking.

  • Results will be published on the official college/university website.

  • Students may apply for re-evaluation within the stipulated time if they are not satisfied with their marks.

6) Supplementary / Back Papers

  • Students who fail in one or more subjects may be allowed to appear for a supplementary exam.

  • The re-exam schedule will be announced by the university.

7) Special Provisions

  • Students with medical issues must provide a valid medical certificate for exam rescheduling (if applicable).

  • Differently-abled students may get extra time or other facilities based on university guidelines.
